Hi, I’m Hannah, the face behind Dorset Fit. My personal passion for health and well-being has evolved into a dedicated mission to empower women across Dorset to regain their strength through better health and fitness.

My journey into health and well-being isn’t just based on academic credentials but is deeply intertwined with my own personal experiences as a mother.

Holding qualifications such as Level 3 Personal Training, an MSc in Applied Sport Physiology, and the specialised ‘Training Menopausal and Perimenopausal Women’ course, I strive to combine knowledge with genuine care for every woman I work with.

Throughout my time in this industry, I’ve seen firsthand the unique challenges that women face – from navigating the stages of menopause to balancing the demands of motherhood.

Beyond physical transformation, it’s about regaining strength, achieving independence, and fostering a strong sense of community. Here at Dorset Fit, each woman is more than just a client; she’s an integral part of a close-knit and supportive community.

I believe in the power of personal training and its tailored approach. But there’s something uniquely uplifting about group exercises – the shared motivation, the collective energies, and the bonds that form. Be it one-on-one training in your home or mine or leading a group session, my goal is to create an environment where women can flourish.
